BYOB is common at smaller restaurants in some states, with a modest corkage fee or none at all; the listing or a quick call will tell you. Wing-and-pizza shops across Georgia do most of their business by delivery and price wings by the piece or in fixed counts, with sauce heat adjustable on request. Catering trays, party pizzas and sheet pies need a day's notice at most places, and more around big game days.

Atlanta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Atlanta is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Georgia's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Fantastic food all around. As for the wings (the reason you're reading this review), the flavor was incredible and quality of chicken was superb. Heat level of wings: Extra hot is about a 4/10 for a typical chilihead (I estimate about 25,000-35,000 SHU). Clay's is a must try if you're in the Atlanta area.

I had a solid experience at Clayโs Sports Cafe in Roswell, GA. I ordered 50 wings and most of them were legit really good โ crispy outside, juicy inside, and full of flavor. They had that perfect homemade wing taste. The server we had was awesome. She was bouncing around handling like 15 tables and still took great care of our whole group the whole time. One quick note: I wasnโt a fan of the BBQ flavor (my friendโs wife recommended them but they didnโt do it for me). But they went as far as switching them out for a different flavor with no problem, which I really appreciated. Overall, Clayโs is easily one of my top 10 wing spots in the Atlanta area now. Good portions and chill sports bar vibe. Iโll definitely be back!

All the good things - great wings at a reasonable price. Weโve never eaten here but met friends today for lunch at around 1:00 pm. It was challenging to find parking but it does seem like people come and go regularly so spots do open up. We were seated immediately, got our drinks fairly quickly and our orders were a bit scattered. The appetizers came out quickly and were delicious. The wing orders were next and cooked to perfection - loved the sauces as well. We didnโt go Cajun on anything but the tots and fries were again perfect - hot, fresh and crispy. It took a few minutes to get the meatball sub and hamburger but nothing crazy. This is definitely bar food at its best! The other thing of note is that we had three people come by and check on us. Our server, maybe the manager and Iโm pretty sure the owner cashed us out. I really love this โall for oneโ approach in restaurants. I will definitely be back.

Never knew about this place until a coworker and I came on a lunch break. Let me tell you, ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT. My wings were all flats, Xtra crispy with half dry lemon pepper with honey drizzle and half hot honey BBQ. The crunch in every bite had me salivating while eating. I order wings to go for my spouse and they still had that dine in crunch effect. The fries were good, ill definitely get the Cajun fries next time I go. My friend got the Clay's Club and enjoyed every bite of it. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!
